One sample can be requested free of charge and any subsequent samples will be charged at the cost of £2 each. This will be refunded if an order is placed.

All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking at the time of ordering. The final bill will be sent to you when your order is ready and the balance will be due before the dispatch of the completed order.

Orders are deliveredby Special Delivery. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Please, allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of your order, if you require it sooner this is possible, but please contact us to discuss your requirements.

All designs are individually handmade or hand finished; therefore no two will be exactly the same.

A proof of your invintation will be sent to you fior you to agree before we start making your order. Please, check all details carefully and confirm by e-mail or let us know of any amendments needed.

It is important for you yo obtain permission to use any hymn or poem still under copyright. Your church or venue may already have permission to use these.
